When I write my text, I:

1. Look for similarly-themed text from the folder.
2. Make a copy of that text.
3. On each header, add a new header for the new text
4. Use the voice input software to write the text below the added header.
5. Correct the text as necessary.
6. Finally, the staff checks for any mistakes.

The software included on iphone is sufficient as a voice input software. I can write texts fairly fast this way.
